WINTER TERRE WEAR

Whether you are a certified shredder or tag along for the drinks and debauchery

“Après Ski Season” is officially here.

The French term refers to the stylish social events that follow a day of snow sports and activities. From sipping hot cocoa (or champagne) at the lodge, to flying (or tumbling) down black diamond runs, you’ll want to look sick doing it.

Though considering the ski industry does a doozy on the environment, one of the best ways to make it work is investing in good quality pieces or buying second-hand. Repairing and reusing one of a kind gear is a surefire way to decrease your carbon footprint while still looking steezy.

Marlboro Windbreaker Pants:

Consignment and vintage stores often have a slightly higher price tag given that the selection is curated. On the other hand at thrift or charity shops, you can find some good stuff  for the price of a coffee.

Timberland Vest:

Talk about from the office to the runway, runway being the mountain… it was probably brand new - before we wore it that is. Although it may be composed entirely of polyester, Timberland is trying to be better.

Patagonia jacket:

This guy is perfect for the mountain, it’s red so people will see when you wipe out and need help and its contrasting inside liner will keep you warm while you wait. Definitely vintage the zippers zip up instead of down, good quality and we love a Patagonia
